1200 ET: Good afternoon from New York Comic Con. We are just one hour away from The Walt Disney Studios presentation. Which film are you more excited about, Big Hero 6 or Tomorrowland?

1207 ET: As New York Comic Con gets underway, Disney is confirming that the upcoming ABC broadcast of Star Wars Rebels: Spark of Rebellion will feature a new scene with a cameo by James Earl Jones as Darth Vader. Read the whole press release for more information.

1237 ET: Marvel’s The Watcher previews what they have to offer at New York Comic Con

1244 ET: Guests at the Walt Disney Studios presentation are receiving a Big Hero 6 poster, copy of “Before Tomorrowland,” a Tomorrowland pin, and an invite to a surprise screening of Big Hero 6 tonight.

1254 ET: The Madame Tussauds Hawkeye figure looks very lifelike. He is on display at the Midtown Comics booth.

111 ET: The Disney is panel is moderated by Nerdist’s Chris Hardwick.

113 ET: Big Hero 6 Directors Don Hall & Chris Williams and producer Roy Conli are the first folks on the Big Hero 6 panel.

116 ET:  Director Hall gave a shout out to original comic book creators of Big Hero 6, Duncan Rouleau and Steve Seagle, and also thanked Joe Quesada. Hall said the COO of Marvel was heavily involved in the project.

121 ET: Now Jamie Chung, Geni Rodriguez and TJ Miller join the Big hero 6 panel. They discuss the voice acting process, saying they recorded their roles a year ago.

131 ET:  Now Ryan Porter and Scott Adsit join the panel.

139 ET: Adsit says, “It’s very strange to be up here right now, because I try to get into this room every year for the past several years. I don’t have the stamina that you guys do to wait in line. Being central to a movie like this is mind-blowing. I really can’t believe it. I thank these guys, because I’ve been a fan for so long. To be up here with these amazing actors and amazing film makers is a thrill.” Adsit is known for being a big Marvel fan.

146 ET: Baymax appears on screen and scans the audience for health issues. Zombies bother Baymax.

149 ET: The new trailer for Big Hero 6 says “Inspired by the Marvel Comics Series.” Previously, the Marvel series was not mentioned in any marketing.

151 ET: It is on to Tomorrowland with writer Damon Lindelof and Director Brad Bird taking the stage.

156 ET: They just showed the first teaser for Tomorrowland.

159 ET: The trailer features a young woman who picks up her belongings out of some type of cell. There is a Tomorrowland pin and when she touches it she is transported there. George Clooney says in a voice over, “What if there was a place, a miraculous place… You wanna go?” It concludes with someone flying by in a jetpack.

202 ET: Britt Robertson, Raffey Cassidy, and Hugh Laurie join the panel.

218 ET: George Clooney reveals an exclusive clip.

There are cameras everywhere as Casey goes to the door, knocks, and says, “I want you to take me there. To the place I saw when I touched THIS!” and shows him the pin. Clooney comes out of the house after blasting her with some kind of soundwave. “You’re not supposed to do anything. You have been manipulated into thinking you’re part of something incredible. Like you’re special. You’re not.” She says, “So that’s a no?” She then sets fire to a tractor and drives it to Clooney’s house. He uses some kind of fire extinguisher to freeze the tractor. She then goes in the house and locks the door and then blasts him with the same soundwave gun.

242 ET: Fall Out Boy announced that they recorded a new song for Big Hero 6 which is seen in the sizzle real:

really excited to announce that we recorded a new song for Disney’s upcoming film Big Hero 6 (inspired by the Marvel comic). it’s called “Immortals” and it’ll be out digitally next tuesday in the US/CA and the following week the rest of the world. you can hear a snippet of it halfway through this video from New York Comic Con. the song will also be released on limited edition vinyl soon.

250 ET: Ryan Porter (voice of Hiro)’s father is a lawyer at Marvel. You can see his name in the credits of Marvel films.

528 ET:As the Con continues, Marvel television premieres a new clip from an upcoming Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. episode. Coulson and May dance around an important issue in a clip from an all-new episode airing this Tuesday, October 14 at 9:00 p.m. ET on ABC

550 ET: GameSpot is reporting that future video game releases will be part of the Star Wars canon: “A Lucasfilm representative confirmed to GameSpot that future game releases will also be canonical. This includes DICE’s Battlefront and Visceral’s new Star Wars game being written by former Naughty Dog creative director Amy Hennig and Uncharted actor Todd Stashwick. Both games are being published by Electronic Arts, which signed a multiyear deal to produce Star Wars video games in 2013.”

817 ET: Marvel is relaunching Secret Wars with a new series by Jonathan Hickman and Esad Ribic that will launch in May 2015. The series will be supported by merchandise and digital efforts.

823 ET: A Marvel TV special  Marvel: From Pulp to Pop will air on Tuesday, November 4th at 9/8c. The special will be hosted by Revenge’s Emily VanCamp who also starred as Agent 13 in Captain America: The Winter Solldier. The documentary will look at the history of Marvel comics.
