Vulture is reporting that Donald Glover, who campaigned to play Peter Parker in Sony’s Spider-Man film series has been cast as Miles Morales in Disney XD’s Ultimate Spider-Man. In the Ultimate line of comic books that take place in a different universe than the main Marvel titles, Miles Morales became Spider-Man following the death of Peter Parker. Vulture also shared a clip of Morales meeting Peter Parker (voiced by Drake Bell)
