Deadline is reporting that ABC failed to win a motion to dismiss part of Prospect Park’s lawsuit against the Disney broadcaster. Prospect Park licenses ABC soaps, “All My Children” and “One Life to Live”, to create online editions of the cancelled shows. Prospect Park’s complaint is that ABC used characters from the show, even killing some of them off, while Prospect Park worked on getting their editions off the ground. Neither soaps are currently in production in any form.
