Walt Disney World will be closing the I-4 West exit ramp starting the night of May 3rd as work is done to the EPCOT Center Drive gateway. The ramp will be closed through May 24th.
What’s Happening:
- 2021 is a special year for Walt Disney World as the Most Magical Place on Earth celebrates its 50th anniversary.
- Part of the magical updates taking place across the resort is the gateway refreshment at various entrances to Walt Disney World.
- Disney has announced that the I-4 West exit 67 ramp towards EPCOT will be closed beginning the night of May 3rd through May 24th.
- During this time, the ramp into the Orange Garage at Disney Springs will remain open.
- Drivers who commute on I-4 W to locations other than Disney Springs should use exit 65 and follow the signs.
- One lane will remain open on 536/EPCOT Center Drive for westbound traffic.
