The Walt Disney Company has announced that technology executive Amy Chang, and lululemon CEO Calvin McDonald have been elected to the Board of Directors.
What’s Happening:
- The Walt Disney Company Board of Directors has announced the election of two new directors: Amy Chang and Calvin McDonald.
- Ms. Chang is veteran technology executive and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Procter & Gamble and Marqeta. She’s also an advisor to Cisco, HubSpot and others along with various private companies.
- Mr. McDonald is the Chief Executive Officer of lululemon athletica inc. and is also a member of its Board of Directors.
- The elections of Ms. Chang and Mr. McDonald are effective immediately.
About Amy Chang and Calvin McDonald:
- From 2018-2020, Ms. Chang served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Cisco’s Collaboration business. She joined Cisco through the acquisition of the company she founded, Accompany, an artificial intelligence/machine learning-based relationship intelligence platform.
- Throughout her career, Ms. Chang has worked for major companies in the tech sector, has served as an advisor, and sat on boards for some of the biggest global companies:
