Wolfgang Puck Grand Café at Disney Springs has debuted its Valentine’s Day menu.
Couples can enjoy a 3-course menu crafted by Executive Chef Robert Leonardi along with wine pairings for $150 per couple, which includes a complimentary round of Grandial Brut. Menu offerings include a Prosciutto and Burrata Salad with poached pear, arugula and aged balsamic, and couples can finish the meal on a sweet note with Bittersweet Chocolate Ganache served with maple ice cream, salted macadamia nut brittle and toasted meringue.
