Whether it’s your first visit, your birthday, or you’re celebrating a special occasion, guests have enjoyed collecting the complimentary buttons available at domestic Disney Parks. Now internet reports indicate these beloved buttons will see a few changes.
Most of the changes are cosmetic, with the “Happy Birthday,” “I’m Celebrating:” (note the punctuation change from ‘!’ to “:”), and “1st Visit!” buttons getting minor makeovers. However, three buttons — “Happily Ever After” depicting Cinderella’s carriage, “Happy Anniversary” featuring Mickey and Minnie, and “Just Married” with Cinderella and Price Charming — will all be replaced by one “Happily Ever After” button. The new design features two rings (or links) in the shape of Mickey icon.
Reports also suggest that the six character buttons available in Disney California Adventure’s Carsland are being discontinued as is the “Family Reunion” button that was available to Walt Disney World guests.
