Photo Update – Changes Seen Around Magic Kingdom Park on August 20

Jeremiah and friends were roaming around Magic Kingdom Park at the Walt Disney World Resort today, capturing images of what’s new.

Starting off at the main entrance, Walt Disney World 50th anniversary banners have started to appear as the celebration gets closer to its October 1, 2021 date.

The Main Street Station is looking great, as it's been under refurbishment for quite some time now.

Cinderella Castle looking lovely with all the EARidescent decor.

Over by Frontierland, some refurbishment work is being done, including at the Shootin’ Arcade.

By New Fantasyland, some cute benches have started to appear with some great details while more refurbishment work gets done on Beast’s castle.

Big Top Souvenirs Reopened

Back in Fantasyland, Big Top Souvenirs recently reopened, with lots of merchandise spots covered up, allowing for tables and chairs indoors, which is always welcomed in Florida.

With the increase in tables, not only can you enjoy covered seating, but treats you can purchase inside.

It’s a small world” Updates

Staying in Fantasyland, more work has been done plussing the “it’s a small world” clocktower facade

It’s looking fantastic and we can’t wait to see it once it’s complete, with some more work to be done as seen above.

Jungle Cruise Updates

As the reimagining of Jungle Cruise is almost finished, some new details have emerged, like the snake statue inside the temple.

TRON Updates

And what’s become a regular photo update, you can check out what’s new with TRON Lightcycle / Run as construction continues to be done at the site.
