Walt Disney Parks & Resorts responded to the lawsuit by sixteen individuals that Disney’s new guests with disabilities policy violated the Americans with Disabilities Act.
A spokesperson said, “Disney Parks have an unwavering commitment to providing an inclusive and accessible environment for all our guests We fully comply with all ADA requirements and believe that the legal claims are without merit.”
At the last shareholder meeting, where this concern was raised, Bob Iger shared the company’s commitment to being welcome and accommodating to all guests.
