With more states legalizing marijuana for both medicinal and recreational use, Walt Disney World has updated their park rules to explicitly disallow the plant. Previously, the rule forbade alcoholic beverage and illegal substances, which weed has traditionally fallen under. As MyNews13 notes, the change comes shortly after Florida residents votes to legalize medical marijuana. Meanwhile, Disneyland’s rules also carry the new verbiage, although it’s unclear when they made the update. Although medical pot has been legal in the California for some time, November’s prop 64 has paved the way for recreational marijuana use in the Golden State.
