Happy peak day of hurricane season everyone :-). With that said we’ve got two active storms out there as I type this with a third likely to join them as early as this afternoon.
While much of the country is waking up to fall this morning – that is not the case for Central Florida nor will it be this week. But knowing that the cooler weather is starting to filter in from Canada – just know relief can’t be far behind (and hopefully is here by the Tower of Terror Race in a couple of weeks – he says selfishly).
So we were talking about that front. Well it is steadily making its way towards us but won’t provide much relief. It will be slightly “drier” (i.e. – less humid) but it will still be warm and really what it is going to do is fire up some thunderstorms likely this afternoon. Things cler out tomorrow and Wednesday should be mostly sunny.
Plan on highs right around 90 this week with dewpoints creeping back up as we hit mid week and beyond.
