Every day is a Disney day. Let’s find out how we are celebrating today with The Walt Disney Company:
Hollywood’s legendary El Capitan Theatre presents a special engagement of Disney’s “Frozen” Sing-Along version starting tonight through September 7. Each screening will be accompanied by Elsa, live on stage, snow inside the theatre, plus the all-new short “Feast” from Walt Disney Animation Studios Tonight, “Frozen” star Kristen Bell will appear onstage to introduce the 7:00pm show.
Tickets go on sale today for D23’s screening of Sleeping Beauty. The October 11th event will feature a special presentation by Don Hahn, Academy Award®-winning producer of Beauty and the Beast and The Lion King, and the executive producer of Maleficent. The event occurs on the Walt Disney Studios lot and tickets go on sale at 10am PDT.
ESPN’s Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World begins a Fantasy Football Convention tonight with an ESPN Tailgate Party. Registered guests will mix and mingle with ESPN Fantasy Experts, enjoy live entertainment and be a judge in the Official ESPN Chili Bowl Competition, featuring World Class Chefs.
Members of the Walt Disney Family Museum will be attending a sold out premiere of the documentary Marceline. They will hear from the filmmakers and two special guests featured in the film and meet Scott Zone, Film Conservator for The Walt Disney Family Foundation. An old-fashioned make-it-yourself ice cream sundae buffet follows the program.
