Disney Springs’ Paddlefish Restaurant will be hosting a rooftop Lobster and International Wine Dinner on Wednesday, April 25th at 7pm. This four-course dinner will feature wine parings from around the world that have been selected to perfectly compliment each dish.
Guests attending can look forward to the following menu items:
- Appetizers: Mini Maine Lobster Rolls and Negroamaro Rosé from Italy.
- First course: Lobster and Chourico Stuffed Shrimp with a Blood Orange Hollandaise paired with a Groth Napa Valley sauvignon blanc.
- Second course: Lobster and Sweet Corn Chowder paired with an August Kessler German Riesling.
- Main course: Scallop & Cornbread Stuffed Lobster, Cider-based Veal Cheeks and Turnip Puree served with a Tempranillo Triton Rioja from Spain.
- Dessert course: Strawberry and Rhubarb Bread Pudding paired with a Hidalgo Pedro Ximenez Sherry.
The cost is $90 per person and tickets are available now.
