The Walt Disney Company will be relocating their New York operation to a new building a 4 Hudson Square. They obtained a 99 year land rights deal with Trinity Church Wall Street whose involvement with the property goes back to a 1705 kand grant from Queen Anne. The deal is valued at $650 million. As part of the deal, Disney sold their current Upper West Side Campus to Silverstein Properties.
