Another late edition this morning so that I could find out the latest on Debby before posting.
The lastest on Debby is that Debby is barely Debby … that said as with any tropical system … it usually isn’t the winds that will get ya it’s the rain and lord knows she’s dumped a bunch. Forward motion should increase throughout the day so even though the center is elongated (not a good sign for storm life cycles) – the center of circulation should emerge over water and intensification is likely once again. The good news is that for a chance … I think we can all agree Debby is about to head out to sea … goodbye and good riddance.
This is especially good news for those of you heading to Walt Disney World this weekend because here comes the sun – and yes here comes the heat :-). So after one more day of showers (though they will be spotty) – the sun comes out tomorrow. Today highs will be in the mid to upper 80s depending on how much rain actually makes it into Central Florida, but then the heat is on. Expect highs in the low 90s tomorrow and then getting up into the mid 90s through the end of the week.
Shower chances increase once we get into the weekend.
Your 4th of July extended forecast will FINALLY be ready tomorrow morning on Laughing Place.
