Today looks to be a drier day than we’ve seen the past few without Beryl and without the sea breeze collisions we experienced yesterday. There will be storms today but I think they will be south of the parks. That said as a typical weather guy I’ve got to say this time of year you can never rule out a pop up storm but today synoptically looks better than it has in a few days to say the least.
Temperatures should be similar to what we saw yesterday and end up topping out somewhere in the low 90s. I may not even mention low temperatures until October, but let us call it not low and we’ll bottom out around 72 or 73.
Moisture levels creep back up in the atmosphere Friday thus the chance for scattered afternoon storms increase though temperatures will not. Expect highs through the weekend in the low 90s and each day of course you can expect a thunderstorm.
