Erin McKenna, founder of the renowned bakery BabyCakes NYC, is pleased to announce a new storefront, named Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC, opening in the heart of Downtown Disney at Walt Disney World Resort in late February 2015. Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC in Disney Springs will offer the same unsurpassed core vegan, gluten-free menu as its flagship bakery in New York City, and its sister bakery in Los Angeles. A full selection of award-winning donuts, cupcakes, cookies, bagels (with vegan butter!), and savory items will be available daily.
