Walt Disney Studios has confirmed that Dan Stevens will play the Beast in the upcoming live-action Beauty and the Beast. Stevens is best known for his role on Downton Abbey. He will star along-side Emma Watson who was previously cast as Belle.
No release date has been announced for the film as of now.
