After a really wet start to the week – the atmosphere has dried considerably as you will undoubtedly have noticed from yesterday’s lack of any real shower activity. That trend looks to continue today.
Temperatures will be above average today and depending on sunshine coverage will end up in the mid to upper 90s with heat indexes hitting the triple digit mark yet again (no surprise there). Moisture is on the increase as we head through the weekend so I’ve got to bump up thunderstorm chances as we head towards Sunday.
Nothing too exciting to add in the short term, but as you will see from the picture I just posted @WDW_Weather … the tropics are getting increasingly active (as the hurricane season heads towards its peak) … so any of these areas are things we should keep our eyes on in the coming weeks.
