So here’s the scoop…
This past weekend at WonderCon, Pixar parked three cars outside the Moscone Center featuring the Twitter handle @ChromeLeaks that sends fans to the URL www.cars-n-deals.com. The spot is a faux advertisement for “Cars N’ Deals of Emeryville” directed by Chris Cantwell (the same guy who directed the Lots-o-Huggin’ Bear faux ad last year for Toy Story 3). The spot features subtle hints about the upcoming CARS 2 and even has a working phone number. Also, hidden within the ad (the 57-second mark) is a URL for an exclusive clip of CARS 2!
