The Associated Press is reporting Tom Bosley best known for his role as the dad, Howard Cunningham on the long-running ‘Happy Days’ has died at the age of 83. Disney fans will recall that Tom Bosley originated the role of Maurice, Belle’s dad in the Broadway production of “Beauty and the Beast” and he was a comedic villain who tried to kidnap the goal-kicking mule “Gus” in that 1976 Disney comedy.
