According to the Orange County Register the union representing Disneyland Resort’s over 4,000 food and beverage employees has reached an agreement on a five-year contract that will give a 3 – 3.5 percent raise over that period. Disney has negotiated contracts for 13,000 workers of their 15,500 workers, they still haven’t reached an agreement with Local 11, the union representing hotel workers.
