In less than a month, the long awaited sequel to the 2014 original, Frozen II will be released in theaters. In anticipation of the upcoming release, two new TV spots have been unveiled today.
What’s Happening:
- Why was Elsa born with magical powers? What truths about the past await Elsa as she ventures into the unknown to the enchanted forests and dark seas beyond Arendelle? The answers are calling her but also threatening her kingdom. Together with Anna, Kristoff, Olaf and Sven, she'll face a dangerous but remarkable journey. In Frozen, Elsa feared her powers were too much for the world. In Frozen II she must hope they are enough.
- From the Academy Award®-winning team—directors Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck, producer Peter Del Vecho and songwriters Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez—and featuring the voices of Idina Menzel, Kristen Bell, Jonathan Groff, Josh Gad, Evan Rachel Wood, and Sterling K. Brown, Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Frozen II opens in U.S. theaters on Nov. 22, 2019.
- Aside from these new T.V. Spots, guests aboard the Disney Cruise Line, or those visiting the Disneyland Resort or Walt Disney World can see an extended preview of Frozen II at the Buena Vista Theater aboard the ships, Before Frozen – Live At The Hyperion Theater at Disney California Adventure, or at Walt Disney Presents at Disney’s Hollywood Studios starting November 3rd.
- For those looking for a sneak peek of the songs of Frozen II, the track listing has already been revealed for the official soundtrack, with a release on November 15th. It will be available on Spotify and Apple Music as well.
