Suit filed by Celador International Ltd., the U.K. creator of “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire” against Disney six years ago goes to trial. Celador alleges Disney’s Buena Vista Television failed to negotiate a higher license fee with Disney’s ABC television network following the show’s success thereby reducing the show’s profits that was shared with the creators.
