Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and in less than a month it’ll be Christmas! As families around the world celebrate their own holiday traditions, The Walt Disney Family Museum will be collecting donations for Toys for Tots. Guests donating toys at the Museum and will receive a special admission discount.
What’s happening:
- The Walt Disney Family Museum is encouraging guests to donate to Toys for Tots this holiday season.
- Guests can bring their toy donations to the museum and receive a $3 discount off of general admission.
Walt Disney, Toys for Tots, and You:
- Walt—in addition to being a brilliant visionary, entertainer, innovator, and businessman—was also a quiet philanthropist. He donated his time, money, and energy to causes he championed, including Toys for Tots, whose signature logo was designed by Disney artists.
- Follow in Walt's generous example this holiday season by donating an unwrapped toy to our Toys for Tots collection bin and receive $3 off of the general admission ticket price.
- Toy collection and offer valid through December 17, 2019, limited to one use per guest, and cannot be combined with multiple donations.
Important details:
- Donate during regular museum hours: 10am–6pm with last entry at 4:45pm.
- Open daily, except on Tuesdays, January 1, and December 25.
- Museum closes at 4pm on December 12.
- Admission discount offer valid through December 17, 2019.

- shopDisney | Disney store kicked off their Toys for Tots campaign earlier this month with actress and singer Mandy Moore, the U.S. Marines, and Mickey Mouse.
- Guests can join the toy drive by donating unwrapped toys at their local Disney Store or by purchasing toys to donate online through shopDisney.
- Disney’s Media Networks are also participating in the World’s Ultimate Toy Drive as part of the Toys for Tots Program.
