At the Italy Pavilion Disney gardeners have created gardens that reflect those found at a 16th century villa of the Italian Renaissance. They have used elements of water, stonework and greenery such as Italian cypress and olive trees to give a taste of the Italian countryside.

Flowering trees and hanging baskets add color at eye level accentuating the pavilion's sculptures.

The Italy Pavilion showcases the use of containers in gardening. These brightly colored arrays of flowers are planted in individual pots and arranged throughout the pavilion. Container gardening allows for easily moveable arrays and are ideal for smaller areas such as a patio.
