The pavilion's Le Notre garden traces its heritage back to the grandeur of the French country estate where entire vistas were filled with formal plantings and embroidered parterres. The garden here is a minature and is patterned after Castres, Tarn, France which was designed by Andre Le Notre. This design created in 1666 is one of the most famous examples of the style.
