Pocahontas explains the importance of the snake to population control. Grandmother Willow adds that the snake teaches us that when something happens to us we should learn from it to make us stronger down the path.

The sounds of the falling trees is getting closer and Pocahontas still hasn't discovered the secret. Some field rodents appear to be fleeing the approaching destruction over the tree branch.

Meeko comes to Pocahontas for protection reminding the Indian princess that although each animal protects itself it takes all of us to protect the forest.
