Two large screens at the front of theater offer a view of our neighbor's house, our backyard and detached garage. A brief storm passes through and with the help of the 3-D film and in theater effects guests are immersed in the storm.

After the storm, an Innoventions host leads the audience through a variety of questions focusing on the options available to homeowners to protect their property. After our responses the scene is reset and we are able to see how our choices impact our home, garage and neighbor's home.
