The Fabulous Disney Babe
Christmas shopping is almost done; I just have to get to Downtown Disney for stocking stuffers at Basin and Rainforest Cafe and that nightshirt for Dad at World of Disney. Did you notice they made a Cruella one just for me? It's red and says: "Aren't I FABULOUS, Darling?" I hope Santa brings it this year.
I'll also have to pop by Marceline's and whip up a batch of Buzz Lightyear M&M Mix for my winner, Jason Bostick. Congratulations, and thanks to everyone for the great ideas.
Here's Jason's email:
Runner-up: equal parts black and purple with some green and yellow--Maleficent's mix. The colors really look like the dragon from Sleeping Beauty, but no one "sees" it right away. (Oh Dave Hall.....?)
The Hit: equal parts white, purple and green--Buzz Lightyear Blend. Everyone got this one, even the non-Disnified CMs who aren't normally trivia geeks. Try it: it really screams "Buzz."
It does, Jason!
Just as an additional note, these M&M blends would be perfect for kids' birthday parties. Our toddler is both a Mickey and a Buzz fan and I could easily see cups of these mixes complementing the theme decor.
By the way, is there really such a thing as a Chocolate Martini and what is the recipe?
Happy Holidays!
Jason
Would I make up something as impressive as a chocolate martini? Honest, they're absolutely real!

Mike from Monsters Inc. A round bag of green M&M's with a single blue one!
Brian, who is brilliant, sent me a whole slew of ideas:
Black, White and Red - 101 Dalmatians
Black, Yellow and Red - Mickey Mouse
Black, Purple and Green - Disney Villains
Blue and Pink - Princess Aurora (Blue! No, Pink! No -- BLUE!! PINK!!!)
Green, Blue and Orange - Flora, Fauna and Merriweather
Hot Pink and Purple - Cheshire Cat
Navy Blue, Blue, White (and maybe a few black thrown in) - Donald Duck
Yellow, Dark Blue and Light Blue - Flounder
Red, Yellow, Green, Red, Blue, Blue, Blue - Ludwig von Drake (he sang a song that started
with "Red, Yellow, Green, Red, Blue, Blue, Blue") ~That's "The Spectrum
Song"! Fab
EVERY COLOR - Fantasia (of course!)...
Kelly actually came up with one of those ideas first. Great minds think alike!
Fab--
my favorite M&M idea: pink and purple for the Cheshire Cat!
Tracy B. suggests:
I would love an Ursula Mix! With purples, black and gray!
I'm convinced at this point that my readers are brilliant. That they have unerring taste was obvious long ago.
