Food Among the Flowers Brunch a Feast for Eyes and Palate During 8th Annual Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival
Walt Disney World master culinary chefs are planning a garden party like no other during the eighth annual Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival, April 20-June 3. During the festival, each Saturday and Sunday, guests attending the Food Among the Flowers Brunch will dine among hundreds of flowers as the outdoor beauty of the festival is brought inside at the Odyssey restaurant, transformed for the event.
Master chefs will create culinary treats such as omelets with shrimp filling, pepper-crusted Baron of Beef, grilled salmon, Penne pasta with roasted squash marinara or Alfredo cream, and sweet-and-crispy waffles. For those with a sweet tooth, there is zucchini cake with butter cream, grapefruit layer cake and chocolate chocolate cake. Seasonal greens and fresh fruits are sprinkled throughout the offerings.
The brunch is offered Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. (until 4:30 p.m. on Mothers Day, May 13). Cost is $29.95 for ages 10 and up, $10.95 for ages 3-9. Gratuity is included, however the cost of the brunch does not include Epcot admission. Reservations are available by calling (407) WDW-DINE.
The eighth annual Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival is a six-week outdoor celebration featuring unique topiaries, floral displays, workshops, special weekends and nighttime entertainment with music from the '60s and '70s.
