Other Staff Members, Contributors and People to Thank
Dave Mastanich
Dave's contributions are difficult to quantify. The most obvious is he grades the trivia
contests every week. He also does some picture taking - especially during DCA's
construction. But more importantly, I can always count on him to do the grunt work that
I'm too busy for (or, more often, just don't feel like doing :) And special thanks to his
daughter Stephanie for putting up with being dragged to the Park every weekend with a
bunch of adults. And for the "occassional" beverage run.
Bob Barber
Bob's pictures during the construction of Disney's California Adventure when I couldn't
get out there really helped complete a few Disneyland Updates and I appreciate his
continued help and support.
Daniel Kaplan
The younger brother of Rebekah, Daniel came through with a great review of DCA's
attractions during the soft openings. He's also contributed a guest column, filled in on
Forever Magical one month, and did a lot of hard work to get the website directory ready
for LP's launch oh so long ago.
Chris Peters, Barry Allender, Sean
Ribblett
Doing Walt Disney World Updates isn't easy when you live 3,000 miles away. But these three
guys make it possible with timely, quality pictures. If the WDW Updates aren't as frequent
as you'd like, it's not their fault - it's mine :)
Matthew Walker
While he no longer regularly contributes, I couldn't leave out Matthew Walker. Matthew
wrote LaughingPlace.com trivia contests for several months and did an amazing job.
Producing 15 fresh Disney trivia questions every week isn't easy but he managed to do it.
Matthew also wrote me the most difficult piece of critical email I've ever read at LP.
While I'm sure we're still not up to his standards, I want you to know, Matthew, I keep
your email in mind always.
Nick Morgan
Nick's not officially affiliated with LP but he has written one guest column and
contributes regularly to the Discussion Boards. He's also links to us often from his own
website, Nick and Amber's
Disneyland Port. But Nick has been kind enough to help us out several times when we
really needed him. He and his wife Amber have also lent a helpful ear during some very
rough times early in the life of LP. Whether he knows it or not, Rebekah and I really rely
on Nick and Amber for advice and sanity.
And More
There are many, many others who provide help and support in one or another - far too
numerous to list. But I don't want to forget them either. You know who you are.
Ta Da
And there you have it. The LaughingPlace.com Team as it stands right now. Once again, I want to thank every one of them for their continued contributions. I also don't want to forget those that are no longer with the team. Their contributions remain a part of LP and I appreciate everything they've done as well.
And most importantly, thank you - our readers - for coming back every day, for posting to the boards, for leaving comments in the attraction guides, for sending feedback (both good and bad) and making this thing a whole lot of fun!
