Back in January Quentin wrote a wonderful Guest Column about his first experience with Disney Magic. Here's some of the feedback he received:
I, too, found the lost child in me when I first set my eyes
on Cinderella's castle from the front gates of the Magic Kingdom. If I could efford it, my
grown kids would have a trip to WDW to find the child they have left behind. That is my
one and only dream now, to see my kids and their kids, when they have them, see WDW!!
Somehow I will have my dream come true!

What a great column! Quentin's story brought tears to my
eyes, once again proving that all things Disney are magical.

This story brought a tear to my eye. I loved it. It just
goes to show there is a child in all of us and there is magic in all of us, just waiting
for the right moment to unfold. I loved it! Thanks to Quentin for sharing it. I am glad he
found the happiness. It was always there. :)

Thank you for sharing with us. Its nice to see that the
Disney magic works on "tough guys". Minnie made quite a fuss over my Dad, my
brother, and myself at the Hollywood and Vine restaurant. (in the Studios Park) We all
have shaved heads and she rubbed all of our heads and wrote triplets on a napkin and
showed it to other guests. It is great to be a kid again.

Another Guest Column in January by Nick Morgan had readers replying with their opinion of California's theme park safety:
Thank you for this article! Mr. Morgan has stated the
issues clearly and concisely, and cut through the babble of "legalese" that
usually surrounds state regulations. I hope that someone who knows how, will forward this
article to the powers that be at Cal-OSHA!

Hopefully everyone will see this column!!! Parents have to
also take some of the responsibility if an injury occurs. I have been on many rides, and
have always been the one sitting next to any opening, my kids have always been on the
inside. Accidents happen, and that's that. They don't necessarily have to be the fault of
any one person (or company!)

I agree, the state has no business inspecting disneyland,
but it should review Disney's Records annually. Also, we should get incedent enumeration,
or, how often an accedent happens for a particular attraction, rather than a specific
incendent reports, All in all Disney is a safe place to spend time as a family, and if the
state sticks its nose in I doubt it will help to much

The columns of Legendary Imagineer Bob Gurr about the early days of Disneyland continue to generate a warm response.
Have been an engineer at Disneyland for going on 2 years.
Nice to hear NEW stories of what went into building the machines I work with so often yet
never take for granted.

Thank you for taking the time to write about you
experiences while designing the classic of all theme parks. As someone who is also in the
business I appreciate the stories of your trials and joys while doing this wonderful
business. Your stories make my visits to Disneyland even more special.

I find your columns fascinating. I love to get my hands on
as much Disney history whenever possible. It's so interesting to read something from a
person that actually worked with Walt himself. I look forward to future columns!

And lastly, we have this response about Michelle Smith moving her Fabulous Disney Babe column to LaughingPlace.com. I have to admit, we were a little concerned about the kind of response we'd get, but so far it's been overwhelmingly positive. The feedback below is an example.
It is sooooo cool that you are here on the LP. I've been
reading your goodies on mouse planet for some time and find you to be as much fun as you
are informitive, welcome. My wife and I are looking forward to your tales of Alice's
adventures, as well as your rants and rumors ; ).The LP FAB club starts here.
