During the meal some unique entertainment was offered. Trevor Carlton and Stephen Reis, artists with Collectors Editions created a large scale painting of Mickey Mouse, live on stage.

As lively rock ‘n roll tunes played, the pair had exactly thirty minutes to create the original piece. “Motorway Mickey�? was then left on display for the rest of the luncheon.

As much fun as lunch time was, it was soon time to get back to class. There were two classes scheduled, each offered twice. The students were therefore broken into two groups, for more personal interaction with the instructors.
