Sorry I am late posting this week. I stayed up a little too late at my New Fiscal Years Eve party. But can you really blame me? Anyway everyone neat and pretty? Than on with the show.
October 1st: Let me see, what should today's entry be? Well every October 1st is special, but today is extra special because it is Epcot's 25th birthday. I will have more to say about this tomorrow when I come back from the park, but congrats to the cast at Epcot for reaching this major milestone.
October 2nd: The Jungle Book comes out on Disney DVD today! You should celebrate by eating ants, just like baloo. But stay away from purple ones that can talk. There just is something not right about eating Flik.
October 3rd: Back at Epcot, the Beach Boys perform as part of the Eat to the Beat Concert Series. You probably remember the Beach Boys from when they started the Rocking the Bay concert series at DCA which really signaled the turnaround of that park. Wait, I think I might be mistaken. Wasn't that the X Games Xperience?
October 4th: Now at a park that was supposed to be a part of Epcot, Choo-Choo Soul performs as part of the Playhouse Disney In Concert program at the Disney-MGM Studios. Please don't confuse Choo-Choo Soul with Chugga Chugga Chugga, a short lived playmosphere show at DCA.
October 5th: The Original Family Stone performs at Epcot. Don't take any imposters. Contrary to popular belief though, they have nothing to do with the The One and Only, Genuine, Original Family Band, though I hear Kurt Russell is a big fan.
October 6th: There will be a Tim Burton's Nightmare Before Christmas pin signing at Disneyland Park today. While Tim won't be there, Disney Design Group Character Artist, Costa Alavezos will be. Speaking of Tim Burton, word on the net is that Dick Cook let it slip that he might be working on a new project with Disney. This new regime really is bringing everyone back, arn't they?
Well have a good week. I will see you all when I come back from the Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow.
