For the 3rd year in a row, the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa at Walt Disney World has “rolled out” some amazing Easter Eggs. This year, under the watchful eye of Master pastry Chef Erich Herbitschek, the WDW pastry team took on the challenge of hand painting chocolate eggs ranging from 16 to 20 inches to be displayed at the Grand from April 4-22. The hand painted eggs capture not only the beauty and fun of Easter but also the magic that are some of the most beloved Disney Animated Features from Cinderella up to Frozen. This year they wanted to bring out the eggs and set them up in front of the guest to see the reaction and from the crowd that gathered as they were putting the finishing touches on the display it went pretty well!
