The preview begins with director Jon Favreau telling of his love of the 1967 animated classic as well as telling the audience how they pushed technology to its limits to make the 2016 edition. We are then shown some scenes that embody the fun relationship between Baloo and Mowgli you’d come to expect from a Jungle Book film, including a brief snippet of “Bare Necessities.”
We also are treated to a montage of Bagheera escorting Mowgli through the jungle which shows the technical artistry that makes this film unique. For more information on how this film was brought to life, be sure check out FanBoy’s article from the longer sneak peek he got to experience.
The Jungle Book will be released April 15, 2016. Stay with LaughingPlace.com for more on this new telling of a Disney classic.
