Best Pizza in Disney World, Disneyland and Other Disney Destinations

Looking for the best pizza? For most people, theme park food comes down to the basics: burgers, fries and of course- pizza! But finding a good burger or slice of pie can be hard when you’re trying to fit in a full day of park hopping. Thankfully, Disney parks have you covered.

Itsa time for pizza – with Mickey!

Throughout Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and even the Disney Cruise Line you can find not just the best pizza, but truly world-class fare.

If you and your hungry family are craving a slice or a whole pie — be it served in a fun new way or a more classic version — here’s a guide to find the best pizza in Disney World, Disneyland, and other Disney destinations:

Best Traditional Pizza: Via Napoli
Where to Get It: Italy Pavilion, Epcot
Cost: $18-25 for individual

If you’re looking for an authentic classic Italian pizza, this is the place for you. In fact, Via Napoli goes to great lengths to do Italy proud, making this possibly the best pizza in Disney World. This includes importing their tomatoes, flour, and even sourcing the water they use for the dough from the country’s Campania region. The results? A mouth-watering pizza that will transport your taste buds to Italy.

Insiders Tip: During the busy season there is a walk-up window located next to Via Napoli. But be aware – the pizza served here is not the same as the pizza in the restaurant.

Best Breakfast Pizza: Trail’s End Breakfast Buffet
Where to Get It: Fort Wilderness Resort and Campgrounds, Walt Disney World
Cost: $18 for the buffet. Slightly more during busy seasons

Contrary to popular belief, you can eat pizza for breakfast even if it isn’t on a bagel. Case in point: the breakfast pizza at Trail’s End, topped with eggs, veggies, and (of course) cheese. Since Trail’s End is buffet, feel free to eat as much as you want! Technically that applies to the rest of the offerings as well, but why bother when breakfast pizza is on the menu?

Insiders Tip: The breakfast pizza and vegetable frittata are both great options for vegetarians.

Pizza in the Right Atmosphere: Splitsville
Where to Get It: Disney Springs, Walt Disney World
Cost: $14-$18

Splitsville in Disney Springs is the perfect place for some good ol’ fashioned fun in the form of bowling and billiards. Of course, unlike more “traditional” bowling alleys you’ll encounter, the food at Splitsville is an attraction in and of itself. So whether you’re playing a few frames, want to catch the game (there are TVs everywhere) or just want to grab a bite and split…do yourself a favor and try one of their many fabulous pizzas. Oh, and they even have gluten free options.

Insiders Tip: Try the Firehouse ($15) which is like hot wings on a pizza — need I say more?

Pizza for Kids: Quick Service
Where to Get It:  Throughout Disneyland and Walt Disney World
Cost:
Approximately $6 (depending on location) for the kid’s meal with a side and drink

While Disney’s most basic theme park pizza isn’t the greatest (it’s taken from a freezer and put on a conveyor belt toaster oven), it still can satisfy. The very doughy and not very cheesy pizza is also my 7-year old’s most favorite pizza in the world.

Insiders Tip: The kid’s says it comes with carrot sticks. But you’re on vacation, so splurge and for French fries instead.

Best Disneyland Resort Pizza: Napolini
Where to Get It: Napolini, Downtown Disney
Cost:
$5.25 per slice

While the pizza you’ll find inside Disneyland or Disney California Adventure won’t win any awards, the story changes once you exit the theme park gates. Just steps away from the esplanade in the Downtown Disney district is Napolini. This counter-service counterpart to Naples Ristorante e Pizzeria next door is, without a doubt, the place to grab a slice when visiting Disneyland. It’s also been ranked as some of the best pizza in Anaheim.

Insiders Tip: If you’d prefer a sit-down meal, the same pizza is available next door at Naples Ristorante e Pizzeria.

The best pizza desert? Peanut Butter and Jelly Pizza, of course.

Best Dessert Pizza: Peanut Butter and Jelly Pizza
Where to Get It: Goofy’s Kitchen Peanut Butter and Jelly Pizza
Cost:
$39 for adults, $17 for children

As you’d expect from his name and personality, Goofy is quite a creative chef. His quirky culinary talent is on no better display than in his pizza selection. The peanut butter and jelly pizza is not only scrumptious twist on a childhood classic but is also a worthy dessert in its own right and will have you saying, “Gawrsh, this is good!”

Insiders Tip: The Peanut Butter and Jelly Pizza is perfect for dessert. Goofy also makes a mean Mac and Cheese Pizza that demands a place on your main course plate.

Honorable Mention: Grape and Gorgonzola Pizza
Where to Get It: Palo Brunch, Disney Cruise Ships
Cost:
$30 for the all you can eat brunch

Aboard the Disney Cruise Line, Palo is all about fine dining and sophisticated taste. Thus, this high-minded and full-flavored pie isn’t your typical pizza, but that doesn’t make it any less delicious.

Insiders Tip: This item is no longer displayed on the restaurant menu but several cruisers have reported still being able to order it.
