Halloween Time has officially returned to the Disneyland Resort for 2018.
Guests have come to expect the holidays to begin in early September when Jack Skellington pays his annual visit to the Haunted Mansion and decorates it in his twisted version of Christmas cheer. This year is no exception. Also returning to Disneyland Park is Ghost Galaxy at Space Mountain in Tomorrowland.
Across the esplanade, Oogie Boogie and his bats have taken over Buena Vista Street. The residents of Radiator Springs have created Radiator Screams, and not only have decorated the businesses along Route 66 but are also making daily appearances in costume as well. Meanwhile, Guardians of the Galaxy — Monsters After Dark will once again take over the popular Mission: BREAKOUT! attraction on a nightly basis.
Over at Paradise Gardens, the Plaza de la Familia commemorates a different holiday, the Day of the Dead. In addition to decorations, foods and activities, guests can enjoy the street show, a Musical Celebration of Coco.
Of course, it wouldn’t be Halloween Time without special foods throughout the Disneyland Resort. This year guests will find a special food guide, with descriptions, locations, and even a checklist to ensure that everybody will be able to find their favorites, new and old.
Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort runs now through October 31st, 2018!
