YouTube is a great place to go for all sorts of fun content surrounding favorite fandoms, characters, songs and more. Screen Rant is a channel that covers a myriad of film and television content with their list videos talking about theories, character and story origins, things you missed, and of course finding ways to ruin the the things we love. But it’s all in good fun, and often makes us think. One of their newer video series is the hilarious “Pitch Meeting.” Each meeting features a studio executive and the director/creator pitching their idea for a show or movie. They ask each other silly questions about the plot or make suggestions for changes to characters in ways that point out the sometimes obvious flaws of the film or show. Noting can be perfect though and it’s fun to wonder what actually happens when a scrip is presented to a studio. Screen Rant has already covered a handful of the MCU films and their most recent upload pitches Avengers to the Marvel Exec. Check it out below:
What did you think of this Pitch Meeting? Do you think Joss Whedon would say his experience with Marvel was “Super easy. Barely an inconvenience”? Let us know!
