Photos: Anaheim Ducks Day Goes Into Overtime at Downtown Disney

Not all of the fun took place at Disney California Adventure, with the festivities expanding into Downtown Disney.

Yesterday, the annual Anaheim Ducks Day event was held at the Disneyland Resort. While most of the festivities took place at Disney California Adventure, a little extra fun was to be had over in the Downtown Disney District.

What’s Happening:

  • At Disney California Adventure, fans of the NHL team were able to immerse themselves in a celebration of hockey with entertainment, photo ops, food offerings, and more.

  • But the fun didn’t stop there, as Anaheim Ducks Day continued out into Downtown Disney with a Honda Prologue activation, complete with a game of cornhole.

  • More decor, cornhole and a live band could be found in the new West End Stage area that opened in 2023.

  • Guests were able to search for themed Anaheim Ducks images hidden throughout Downtown Disney and use the accompanying letters to unscramble a secret message.

  • Anaheim Ducks Day 2025 was a blast, especially with the team coming off a big win against the Pittsburgh Penguins this week. While the party was only for one day this year, there are Anaheim Ducks games scheduled through April and the Honda Center is only a short drive away from the resort.
