Aulani’s Menehune Bridge Water Play Area Set to Undergo Refurbishment this Spring
The kids-only play area offers 2 waterslides, interactive elements, and a climbing play structure.
The popular water play area at Disney’s Aulani Resort and Spa in Hawaii will temporarily close this Spring for a several weeks-long refurbishment.
What’s Happening:
- Guests planning trips to Disney’s Aulani may miss out on their popular Menehune Bridge water play area this Spring, as it is set to undergo a brief refurbishment prior to the Summer season.
- Beginning on April 21st and ending on May 16th, the kids-only play area will be unavailable as the area receives touch ups.
- As work commences on the water play area, construction work may be audible to guests, with work halting between dusk and 8AM daily.
- During the refurbishment, smaller guests will still be able to have a splashing good time in the resort’s other water features, including Ka Maka Pool & Grotto, Waikolohe Pool and Stream, two exciting water slides, multiple whirlpool spas, and Keiki Cove splash zone.
