Photos: Downtown Disney Decorated in Mid-Century Style for Holidays at the Disneyland Resort

New and returning decorations in the shopping district bring an updated mid-century flair.

The holiday celebrations are in full swing at the Disneyland Resort, and Downtown Disney is certainly no exception. Let’s take a stroll through the district and see how they’re celebrating the most wonderful time of the year!

The Christmas tree, located near the former ESPN Zone, has received a new base this year. Disney characters are featured alongside mid-century style designs that evoke the new expansion to Downtown Disney.

Even the flower planters have seen a change for the season, with beautiful poinsettias covering the shopping district.

The shop windows of the World of Disney store are celebrating Disneyland’s transformation into “The Merriest Place on Earth.”

Delightful snowflakes and twinkling lights cover the trees.

Various Christmas trees and icons, such as Nutcrackers, can be found in the planters throughout Downtown Disney.

Holidays at the Disneyland Resort runs daily through January 6th, 2025.
