Photos: Impressive Moana Topiary Display Debuts at EPCOT for the International Flower & Garden Festival

Guests entering the park will immediately be greeted by this wonderful display.

In just two days, the 30th year of the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival kicks off. Ahead of the start of the festival, one of the final remaining topiary displays has been installed – the main centerpiece featuring Moana.

What’s Happening:

  • This year, EPCOT will celebrate 30 years of horticulture magic during the Flower & Garden Festival, which runs from March 5th through June 2nd. Let’s take a look at all the new offerings for this year’s festival.
  • An all-new topiary display featuring Maui, Moana, Heihei and Pua will welcome guests to the main entrance of the park this year.
  • That topiary display has now been installed at the entrance of EPCOT, two days ahead of the beginning of the festival.

  • The characters stand in front of a hut from Moana’s village, with Maui looking particularly imposing.

  • The level of detail that went into creating Maui’s tattoos in topiary form is very impressive!

  • Disney also shared a brief video showcasing the installation of the display with an Imagineer.
