Terri Hardin holds up a piece of the map at the 200
NFFC Convention
There is also a major Show and Sale on Sunday, the last day of the convention, as well as in January. All of the hotel ballrooms are taken over by people with tables to sell Disneyana, with authors, Imagineers and animators present to sign their work, and lots and lots of schmoozing.
For more information, visit the website or write: NFFC, The Club For Disneyana Enthusiasts, P.O. Box 19212, Irvine, CA 92693-9212 or call (714) 731-4705. Even when I was at my most broke and pathetic, I always managed to keep my membership up. The NFFC is incredible. I strongly suggest you look into joining, and, I hope, attending a convention. Tell them LaughingPlace sent you!
One of many notes about my tours:
Welcome to Laughing Place! Everyone here is extremely nice and helpful for all of us Disney fans who live 3,000 miles away from Disneyland. I do have a question for you: Will you still be giving your tours of Disneyland? I've heard so many wonderful things about them. We've always wanted to go on one, my wife and I, but were never able to make it out(the 3,000 miles thing)... Any chance of your continued tours?
Thanks much and welcome once again!
No, Thank YOU! You can book my tours on LaughingPlace starting later this month!
Next time: some tidbits about Star Wars Spaceport and how George Lucas didn't take over Tomorrowland and reader mail!
