The People of the Mansion
Behind all this fandom are people like you and me. They come from all ranges of life: youth who grew up on the ride and were inspired to join Imagineering because of it; fans with web pages; even cast members who join up just to work at the Haunted Mansion.
The recent 30th Anniversary event was well received by fans who attended. Those who didnt have been clamoring online to hear all the details they could. Hopefully the success of this event is a sign of more good things to come for the Mansion and its fans.

What Haunted Mansion story would be complete without a mention of Maynard. His characterizations of a spooky host are dead-on funny. Whether it's his eerie delivery of lines like "squishy-squishy like a giant bowl of mashed potatoes" or his antics with a flashlight, Maynard is the cast member fans most want to see at the Haunted Mansion lobby leading us into "The Belly of the Big House."
