Main Street became packed very quickly, it was definitely going to be busy. The band led the procession down from Town Square with Be Our Guest, followed by the Disney characters and the days special guests - the Disney Babies, a group of French children who were all celebrating their 10th birthdays today. The ceremony was hosted by the Mayor of Main Street, USA and the Disneyland Resort Paris Ambassador. Following speeches in French and English, with talk of celebrating for decades to come, the crowd wished a happy birthday to the park and to the Disney Babies. A presentation of pin trading lanyards to the children preceded a huge explosion of streamers and the playing of the highly infectious and upbeat 10th birthday song.
