By seeing Disneynature “Oceans” during the opening week, moviegoers can “make a wave” and a meaningful difference for the world’s oceans and the species that depend on them for their survival. In honor of every person who attend the film April 22-28, Disneynature, through the Disney Worldwide Conservation Fund, will help establish new marine protected areas in The Bahamas with The Nature Conservancy (nature.org), one of the largest conservation organizations in the world. The new marine protected areas will contain miles of vital coral reefs and provide natural habitat, nurseries and feeding grounds for hundreds of marine species.
