Port Canaveral is spending about $7.5 million building Disney a 1,000-space parking garage and helping to finance $22 million in upgrades for its custom terminal, according to Florida Today. Revenue collected from the garage will got to pay back its construction costs while Disney will repay the port for the terminal improvements.
