According to the LA Daily News Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Rolf M. Treu has indicated via a tentative ruling that lawsuits alledging the Disney Company contaminated Burbank area groundwater by dumping contaminants from its cooling systems could move forward. His final ruling is expected Tuesday.
